On the way back the first kiwitaxi never came. I had to call customer service. Then after about an hour of waiting, something other than a kiwitaxi arrived

i asked for an english speaker which i didnt get and he nearly hit the central reservation. He did not know where the hotel was and got rather angry as i had no clue where it was. he had to phone the hotel and go round the same road again. I was going to book the return trip but this has put me off

driver couldnt be found thenabdter ringing kiwitaxi and them giving registration number of car he still denied we were his pick up. could not speak any english so was then asking for payment which was already paid.
